Below is a list of our MSHA and some of our OSHA courses that can be used to help fulfill MSHA's miner annual refresher training requirements. To be MSHA compliant your company must have a training plan that is approved by MSHA and administered by a competent person. Your company can use any or all of our courses as part of that plan. MSHA regulations training expires every year. To maintain compliance, all on-site mining employees must complete MSHA refresher training annually. Anyone who works at a surface or underground mine site must have 8 hours of mining refresher training each year. Our Part 48 mining refresher online certification course covers the training requirements for underground mining operators and surface mines not covered under Part 46. The underground mining refresher course aims to provide experienced miners with greater understanding of underground mine health and safety hazards, the regulations that accompany work at a mine, and the rights of miners.
