Below is a list of our MSHA Part 46 surface mining and our Part 48 underground mining confined space training courses. To be MSHA compliant, companies must have a MSHA-approved training plan administered by a competent person. Our Part 46 and Part 48 online training courses can be used as part of that plan. MSHA confined space courses review the hazards of working in confined spaces at surface and underground mine sites. They also outline safety requirements for assessing, avoiding, and managing mining confined space hazards in compliance with OSHA and MSHA regulations.
